Check the account requirements first. The Pro 100 variant “Accounts without a current plan” requires an account with no ChatGPT membership. If you already have a plan, choose “Works with any current plan”; availability depends on that variant’s current stock. Pro 200 supports accounts without a current membership only.

For member orders, sign in and open your orders page. For guest orders, enter the checkout email to find them; delivered orders can use “Resend to email” for the delivery details, and a lookup password if you set one. If you cannot find the order, contact support with the checkout email and a description of the issue.

Contact support for a full refund if the code has not been used, including failed redemption where the code was not consumed. Activated memberships are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. Coverage lasts 30 days from activation; early membership loss is refunded in proportion to the remaining days.
